PROJECT OVERVIEW: Oswestry BID Limited was created to provide management and governance for a Business Improvement District for Oswestry. Its aim it to improve the business community environment for its members by promoting the town’s strength, assisting existing businesses, attracting new investment and making the town an even better place to live, work and invest.
PROJECT OBJECTIVES: To scope out and develop a funding application for ERDF funding to develop a Low Carbon Zone in the Oswestry BID Area.
PROJECT SOLUTIONS: Our business development managers researched the opportunities for businesses in the Oswestry BID Area to reduce their carbon footprint along with their business and utility costs. They also assisted with quantifying the potential business growth and increased employment and inward investment opportunities in the BID Area.
